Picked up my first proper boots yesterday, these ones:

I have been using some alpinestars shoes and they're great, super comfy, I just wanted something a little taller with more protection on them.

Also picked out what my next helmet will be ~ Shoei RF-1400 :) Finally a helmet that fits nice and snug! I'll pick one up next time there's a sale, I think there will be one near labor day.

Speak with Lucytriple at MotoLucia. She gave me a good deal on a Shoei.

Had one of these decades ago and loved it and lo and behold they make a modern version for all of $25.

I have to change out 18 "self close" cabinet hinges (top) that "bang" to close with a drop in replacement "soft close" version (bottom) that costs all of $5.

I did a few and then searched to see if these were still made as they are far easier to use and better for the simple task than a cordless drill with Philips head attachment.

Sooooo much easier than using my manual screwdriver.

Each pair of cabinet doors takes 3 minutes to convert.

$5 is a great price.

I must lament how much I don't particularly enjoy adjusting all of those hinges so the doors are straight and tight.

What are those.

When I shop for fishing lures, , ,

They DON"T come in Pairs !

I've always marveled at the parallel between them,
Flashy, bright colors, some with sonic capabilities, to aggravate,

Both intended to entice, a nibble ?
only with consent.

Dummy battery for Leica SL2-S

It’s so obnoxiously expensive. Plus, there are some info on social media floating around which only help to confuse people even more. So, a lot of people hesitate, partly because of the price, partly because of the social media.
So I made this video.

Also, the video shows how I take photos of myself, without using self timer.
