Yeah, I'm bracing my wrist, but I think I'll need to do the elbows as well. As that seems to be the current problem. I'd probably be fine if I wasn't working or being activeI used to have terrible wrist problems because I would hold them in a bent down position in my sleep for some reason, probably stress. When I stopped doing that the wrist problems went away.
Maybe try sleeping with a wrist brace?
Alcohol absolutely makes every part of aging worse. I took 5 years off and my health improved in every possible way... especially sleep quality and inflammation (pain). These things I know... yet I continue to drink.
