My neck hurts and I've had a headache for 2 days

Neck strain can definitely cause headaches... hopefully it will release soon.
Since I hurt my neck I get headaches in the back of my head, that spreads to my ears and jaws... but things have been improving lately! All it takes is a loud noise to startle me, or hitting my head getting into a car and it starts all over again. I could go back to the doctor, but that'd be too easy.

I hear ya. I do not currently have a hot tub either... I'm afraid of the pg&e bill.
I had one for many years that was, umm... lets say "off grid".
That's no longer possible, tho.

Massage it what I need, I think. The muscles and connective tissues on the right side will like solidify periodically and sucks bawls

I've had two (one a guy and one a gal) that were miracle workers! Both had previously worker with pro sports teams. I've had a bunch that were just okay. I'm always looking for the next one.
