we had a beagle here today sweet thing, just a year old, got separated from his hunting pack and somehow ended up at my place.
dog just find me.
thankfully he had his radio collar with it's ID tag, got hold of his owner "how'd he get all the way over there???" and reunited them.
I'm always worried mine'll run off. I let them off-leash at Pt Isabel and at Cesar Chavez in Berkeley, and they're pretty good there. But out in the world, I don't have them trained well enough. Especially since the younger one (on the green rug) is afraid of horses. She even flipped out at my buddy's niece once because she'd come from riding earlier that day. Barking her fool head off.
