I bought this to use in some AFM Sears Point 4-hours back in the early 1980s. I was doing some clean-up in the garage today and had one of those "what is in this box? Oh, so that is where that has been hiding . . ." moments. 
You'll need to source a new cable clutch/drum brake lever and I have no idea on how the seal has held up over the last 40+ years of storage. But it comes with a stand and it is otherwise in good condition and it would be nice to see it go to someone who might put it to use.
It is in San Francisco near GG Park/Ocean Beach in the Outer Sunset. PM me and we'll arrange a time for you to pick it up. First come, first served.
