Photos of your bike on location

Dingle was tingled today

Still a bit early for the kind of adv I like riding up here.
I was skunked by snow on 6 or 7 different trails and had to turn back and try different routes, even after fighting through a bunch of big patches, cutting some trees and generally being crazy in a solo ride

Also Had to drag the >500# beast under a tree.
About 200 miles of dirt fun, rode and explored some new areas and made new connections.
Heated gear was a win today.

Not shown: very rocky, technical singletrack for hours. It never shows up well in pictures for how hard it is, you can't tell the slope.

Fwiw, the saw was used on a few other fallen trees, not the one I slid under.
The one I slid under had a perfect gap of height, a nice muddy section to slide on and a pretty good downhill which made the slide not so bad.
If I had to go back under it on the way up, I don't know what I would do, maybe spend an hour trying to saw the damn thing because theslope was enough that there was no way I would be pulling the bike under going uphill

Someone on FB put up a few pictures of Altamont today, low and behold the back of my '69 kaw 500 appeared. I parked way up on a hill and the music was fine there. As the sun started to set the vibe did not feel so great, I decided it was time to head home and missed all the excitement.

Left side of the picture. Damn that picture is 56 years old

So cool! What a neat bunch of bikes too! Your license plate was also cool with three Zero's because you were on a 500 Triple H1?

Riding through Los Altos Hills, on Moody Road, we'd cruise by this copper clad garage (many times). The garage, seemingly out of place.... I mean when you ride by, all you see is a lonely garage. So I asked myself - who would have just a Garage in the hills above Los Altos? Then upon further, closer, stop and get off the bike inspection, we could see it was some kind of enormous mansion. And, that it could be better appreciated from a birds eye view .

I love when you talk about your dingle.

The atmospheric conditions were right to reprise a photo I took of the K1200RS with the SV650.
Thought I'd link the K bike pic here from a post I thought I had made a decade ago, but couldn't dig out.
So I'll repost it. Ner.

Looks across Hood canal to Warrior Peak & Mount Constance from Big Beef Creek just north of Seabeck.
Mt. Jupiter is way on the left.
