Show us your Cadillac!

FYI - Some of you might be interested in the Cadillac V Club NorCal Chapter, there are also Chapters all over the States. I've been a member the past two years, used the Membership 10% discount on Michelin tires and very nice savings on last November's visit to Cadillac's V-Performance Academy at Spring Mountain. Also, Walnut Creek Cadillac is now a Platinum Partner Cadillac Dealer. (I have no affiliation with the Dealership, it's where the V Club has held a couple of Saturday cars-n-coffee meetups.)

That looks pretty cool.

Dug the little vids about the generations.

Are they cool with showing up in my Cimarron-V ?

Cimarron
We had one of those in our family.
It was the copper color, and we called it the cinnamon much to my fathers chagrin. :laughing

My dad has some early 80's seville's. What piles of absolute shit! I remember when bought a 1986 grey market M635csi in 86'. I thought that car was the most amazing thing on the planet.

It was.

The Seville Bustleback or the sedan? Now take a Bustleback, redo the suspension, make it rear wheel drive, drop an LSA with the 10-speed automatic and have fun! :teeth:laughing

My grandmother had the bustleback. Ugh.

Looked at joining. 175 bucks seems steep and I am not sure I would really do much with it.

Detroit 5/31/26 - IMSA Sports Car Classic race...
Cadillac #31 - V Series.R, Whelen Racing 1st and Cadillac #40 Wayne Taylor Racing 3rd in the GTP Class. :flag
Corvette #3 - Z06 GT3.R, 1st in GTD PRO Class :flag
Detroit is a 1.65 mile, 9 turn, tight street course. Ha, ha... more of a street brawl than race!
Race highlights here:

Oh Baby, Oh Baby... Hot day at the track at Spring Mountain - 95 °F
Driving the '26 CT5 V Blackwing, manual! Running the 1.5 mile East track with instructions from Richie Hearn (former Indy Car Driver) and a couple of other Cadillac V instructors. Initial time in the new '26 car for me on my first lap Friday morning ran a 1.34 and this afternoon today set a PR of 1.22. The CT5 V Blackwings are sooooooo F'ing KOOL! Ha, ha running with the AC on too!

Paraphrasing Jimmy Carter: "I have lust in my heart" for a new V.

I saw this and a bit jelly. I sure it was awesome.
Just not feeling the 4 door thing when… if…..

My stable is on hold for a while.

There was a pretty cool Cadillac commercial during the IMSA race yesterday. Going back and forth with the race car and the above.

All race track action.
Nice big darkie leaving the pits was pretty sweet.

Did you get a new Caddy? Or did you just take the course full out of pocket?

In my dreams I've got a new '26.
As a member of the Cadillac V Club the course was discounted to the Club (we had 18 members attend from all over the US). Plus an additional cost savings for non-new car owners (like me) of about $1200.00. It included the car and course instructions, an onsite condo, all meals, and open bar on Thursday and Friday nights. The bar tab was covered by the V Club.

Ha, ha... maybe this should go over in the "new purchase thread", but alias my deposit went for a Trakehner x Morgan horse for my 13 years old Granddaughter last month.
She's a "Jumper" class rider where it's focus is all about speed and strategic riding and both rider and horse must be athletic and daring to excel. Where the Hunter class is a more “artistic” and sophisticated riding style.
Warmups, working on fences and on jump distance separately. This jump distance is 6 foot.
