Rest in peace Brian :rose
Thanks G.

At our 10th he brought a poster of the shot which he gave to me.

We know of 30 classmates that have passed so about 10% of the graduates. I kind of figure that the 55th will double that. :(

What is a good epoxy, or the best, you guys think for fixing chipped porcelain dishes/bowls? I just have the general “gorilla” two-tubes epoxy.. it’s going to work but it goes pretty yellow

I was asked to leave for a few days within sight of my high school graduation. Possible attitude problem, there are advantages to memory issues.🤔 Did get the socialization diploma which goes well with the discharge I got in the army.

I too didn’t make it to the end. We were in Germany, home situation getting worse by the day, left with passport (not mine) the year was 1976.
I found out in 2002 that I did indeed graduate from Frankfurt American High, class of ‘77. Funny thing about that, all records were destroyed in 9/11 when Pentagon archives were destroyed. There is for sure a God.

there are advantages to memory issues.
My bad memories are mostly from grade school. By high school I had realized that I was basically un-teachable by their methods, but by then I was enjoying the cat and mouse game. By the time I turned 16, I was only going to school for auto shop and access to girls... the two subjects I was good at. :laughing
Once I had that driver's license I realized I could now get paid to go to auto shop... and I had access to way more girls! :teeth

Dropouts unite... We don't need no stinking diploma's! :laughing
I was a college dropout. It's one of the conversations I do not entertain with my mother anymore because she says I wasn't.

These are the facts. I was a college freshman in 2004. In 2005, I was not jiving with college, horrible roommate, no friends. I spent most of my days and weekends in Vacaville with a car club (because at the time I had my first twin turbo Supra) and a lot of those guys and girls had nice cars but I failed every single class I was signed up for that semester.

Didn't go back to the same school until 2010 but in that time I had legit work experience in my field, then I did and graduated in 2012.

But the point being, a college dropout was exactly was I was. I didn't know what I was gonna do if I made better (or maybe not) choices.

There are many life experiences I would have done differently but being a college dropout is not one of them.

It's important to me to know that I fucked up at the time but I fixed it.

This reminds me of a study guide for a test with a professor in the environmental field who offered anyone who is of age that is struggling with the course subjects, topics, etc to have a beer with him at a bar close to campus and talk about it. I was one of the few who was over 21.

I made a joke, "What is hard water"

The answer, "Ice".

Sure enough a couple weeks later on a test "What is hard water" was one of the first questions.

He also told me that he understands my work experience before getting my degree but maybe don't raise your hand and let the other students speak.

It was one of the easiest 'A's' I got. :laughing

And that's enough divulgatory stuff for today.
