Good morning,

Wife came back from spa day and we took three of the kids ages 7, 5, 3 to the nail salon and we all got mani / pedicures. Feeling fancy they broke out the grinder for my feet

Then we had two birthday parties yesterday. I need a weekend after that weekend

I was looking at used bikes on Craig…err. Fb marketplace yesterday (for a specialized gravel bike) . I noticed one in light color…

…. Errr.. what do I see in my notifications today? He’s a barfer .. but do I need it/price…

I've been using jalapeno olive oil on my popcorn. It's great.

It was relaxing, the staff was nice with the kids and I fell asleep. Happy to see there was only one other customer there when we arrived as I wouldn't want to do that on a busy day.

Can't go racing and keep insurance happy I can do track schools and track days though

I have some bougie chili lime olive oil I'm tempted to try out. I'm also going to experiment with coconut oil.

I had life insurance then as I do now ( getting close to a payout ).

I was not going to be covered scuba diving, flying, hang gliding or skydiving but if I did succumb racing the payout would be made.

way back in the late 1990s i wanted to ride mountain bikes with my friend steve. for reasons unremembered and maybe non existant at the time he didn't take his mountin bike and opted for this

i recall it was a pretty easy ride off of page mill somewhere.

reasons reasons: the above is 58, I might actually be a "56" person. Don't know need to find out...
(as a comparison, a brand new bike but with "lower" gen gears, and no front "shock", is $250 more)

Yeah, but Shimano Cues kinda sucks compared to GRX, it's not very durable. The head shock, take it or leave it, it's ok I guess.

I was considering this bike, carbon fork, Future Shock 1.5 rather than spending far more converting my old Schwinn Super Sport for far more moeny.

Like a dummy I went with the conversion, but this is a sweet deal.
