I am glad the bleeding has stopped. I used to be a platelet donor but I am on a medication now that prevents me from donating. I could give like 3 units in 90 minutes. Those nurses at the red cross LOVED me for it. LOL

Tell her she has all of us wishing her the best and sending love and healing thoughts her way. I am sure you will dote on her and give her tons of TLC. :love

For the record, you motivate employees through positive feedback and coaching. Not through intimidation, defensiveness, and fear of retaliation. Also, I don't know; maybe don't be completely biased against certain groups of people and play favorites. It's really not that hard.
