Seeing various threads on different sports that barfers enjoy watching and figured I would see if we can get an idea of what the barf likes the best. However you can vote for any of them so that will convolute the results but still may be interesting to see.

What did I forget besides bowling, ping pong and other specific Olympic stuff? I do like watching a lot of the Olympic stuff, but really mostly every 4 years is enough.

College football I prefer to the NFL.

Just look at the mayhem in the top 10 over the season.

Upsets are few and far between in the NFL relatively speaking.

Good one. :thumbup

I did not really consider any specific college sports. My bad I suppose.

I probably like Softball the best of any college sport. Those women kick some butt and are fun to watch.

Interesting so far.

Little bump because I know there is more out there.

MotoGP and Cycling are leading the way.
I figured the NFL would be right there with MotoGP and did not expect bicycling to be so popular.

Are there others you like to watch??

Do you watch any motorcycle racing Mel?

I think you should take off the automatic MotoGP vote.
That is your personal preference and bias, but really skews voting.
I stopped watching MotoGP when 46 retired.
What do you mean automatic?? You mean because I said we are a motorcycle forum??
Nothing automatic is forcing anyone to vote for it, but OK.

Edit: I wonder if others bailed because Vale retired. The racing is just as good as when 46 was in the game. I am looking forward to less "tech" next year.

Troy always watches the races. When we are in the same Country, I enjoy it.
No television but I have Paramount so I am watching futbol right now.

All I watch today is baseball.

It doesn't help that MC racing isn't available at all on my TV provider. But DMG kind of ruined American racing, WSB has been a one man show for a while, and pretty much lost track of whoever is in GP.

I thought MotoGP was automatically checked when I started the poll,
apologies and ignore my previous post if it isn't setup that way.

I am an absolute fan of Baseball. Not the baseball that is now, but the baseball that was in the past. Bunting, hit and run, all the stuff that made the game fun to watch. I still remember going to the Coliseum in Oakland and buying bleacher seats for 5 bucks and sitting out there with my dad and watching the games. Actually sat out there for a double header once too, remember those? LOL.

Baseball of today is so different. Pitch clock, no throwing over to first more than twice. Pitchers not hitting but yet they can throw at a batter with no repercussions and the league is in love with the Home run. Bring back small ball and what the game used to be.

Give me the old 70's and 80's baseball where it was a game and it was fun to watch.

Been watching GP since ‘08 I believe. The youngsters are railing. Don’t watch ballgames but listen. Was a Giants season ticket holder, a lot of fun but too much money for the games attended.

As much as I am sure this place is mostly Giants and Niner fans, I have found that both teams "fandom" has moved dramitcally since my dad was a fan. Niner, or as I call them Whiner fans, are much more aggressive towards anybody who isn't a fan. I cannot tell you how many fights I have almost gotten into just because I was wearing a Raider shirt or hat and not bothering anyone. I am very passive when it comes to sports so I can guarantee you that I was not trying or looking for any problems. And I have had many Niner fans tell me the same. Seems the shift has been seen amongst not only non fans but the fans of the teams as well.

I know I am going to get flamed but that is what I have seen in the Bay Area. If you are not a Whiner or Giants fan, you have to keep to yourself or you will get your tail kicked.
