I'm getting into wood and got a Bosch 4100 table saw for Christmas. Just finished making a crosscut sled. Pretty handy device. I gotta get a drafters triangle cuz I don't think the fence is totally square to the blade. I added a t track in the fence so I can use a stop block and tracks in the sled for hold downs.

Next up I'm making a chopping block from a scrap 12"x30"x2" Bucher table. Gonna use a router to make a drip channel and ease the edges. Then gonna make a table top router table.

I built a costume for Erin. I also built a hanging garden and it looks like I am building a new mailbox cause the guy that backed into it didn't like how it turned out the first time so he hit it again.

Mac users I have question. These photos show up vertical on my Mac but when I post they come up horizontal, why?

I am curious how you go about making a knife at home? What part of the knife did you make? The blade, handle, sheath?

One of my friends just built and maidened one of those 2 weeks ago. It needs some significant rudder input during takeoff. Otherwise looks and flies great.

No pics of the spine. The damscuss blade had .130" thick spine and the other one was .093"

I have .113 ish stock that i could make a nakiri/veggie choppe, chicken chopper with but its only 2" wide. I figure you want to do some heavy duty chicken or bone chopping yeah?
