Rallies 2026 - Oh yeaaaaaaaaaahhh! :ride

BARF is traditionally has headed out to 3 Rallies. The last few years we have headed out to 4 Rallies and ThumperX is adding on a 5th for 2026. Mo is betta!

The beauty of our rallies are the people and sharing time, but the roads and riding are awesome too!
Plus these are not a huge group ride, rather a gathering in whichever spot that you can ride with a friend too or do a solo deal or join the meet up spot and find a group.

The Pit Ho Spring Rally is headed to Mariposa. May 29th - May 31st
After last years close rally we thought we would that again. It allows first timers access without traveling 300 miles and for some the chance to bring a different bike.

I had to sign a contract to guarantee 10 rooms and they need to be booked by April 28th or I am on the hook and no discount for you. More info in the Private forum, but this spot looks sweet in terms of Motel, Food, Bars and riding.
Close to Yosemite too so if you want to go for a hike or whatever it should be convenient.

It is supposed to be $175 a night plus tax. I just tried to book and the desk had no clue on our rate and wanted $554 for two nights...Nope Nope Nope.

This is a longish ride from the South Bay and I have been adding a Thursday get away to help save some energy to boogie down on 36. Likely do that again.

The Sweeping Winger Rally is going to Eureka!! A new spot in a remodeled Motel right downtown. Access to the Trinity Alps and even Oregon should make this one fun.

Turns out that a Veterans Riding Group :flag beat us to the punch for Hawthorne. The Corp overlords could not confirm the pool will stay open so we are moving on. Bottom line we are still going to Rydther! :ride and :Port

The new one is the BARF Nearby Family Rally. We are headed to Lakeport and it will be family and dog friendly so you can bring those you love along if you wish too or meet them there so you can ride. ThumperX has joined the Rally Master crew to bring BARF a 5th Rally and one that hopefully will bring more community members out who have not felt the Rally love!

FWIW, Kali, from he skylark Resort in Lakeport, has rooms held under bay area riders forum and is looking forward to reservations. She is also encouraging families to go the Cabin Route and will extend the same 10% discount to you.

will attempt to book PiHo and Eureka tomorrow. If anyone wants to shorten Eureka and wants to camp you’re welcome upo at our place.

I'm going with Fuck Hawthorne and the TravelLodge, save scheckles for the other rallies, Not sure if the pool will still be open 2?weeks after Labor Day. :cry
 
Hoho and Eureka booked. No answer at Family rally location. Pit Ho is a bit too close to Hoho and will not have the time off. Keeping Hawthorne dates open until finalized.
 
Family rally booked. Just easier to get everything reserved and adjust if needed later.
 
Roomed at the 49er Inn. Eureka under serious consideration.

The woman had to do a little searching but found it.
Bay Area Riders Forum. So make sure you do that because the difference in price is over a hundo for the weekend.

I may have stayed there as a kid with my parent and Grandma. Look forward to see if it is the spot.

I'm secured for 4, and will adjust the Hawthorne date as needed. I was told there's a Wounded Veteran motorcycle group there on our typical weekend.
