Hey all! Come join us at Thee Parkside to celebrate our 15 year anniversary! For those of you that don’t know us, Dames Don’t Care Motorcycle Collective is a diverse and all-gender group of motorcyclists in and around SF and the Bay Area. Maybe you came to one of our Mini Moto races or a Sadie Hawkins ride. We meet the 3rd Friday of every month alternating between Thee Parkside in SF and Beeryland in Oakland, and we’d love you to join us every time!

We have three bands lined up for the party on the 19th. Bring yer buds and bring you!

By the way: party starts at 7 PM, bands on at 9:30! Don’t miss the party :))

By the way, it’s totally free to come at 7 and celebrate with us. The music starts at 9 and that’s what yer ticket get you!

word on the street is that the property that Thee Parkside sits on has been sold for $1.2 million by the owner in order to be developed as new condos … who knows how long that will take, or if it’s even true, but I’m going to make an extra effort to try to attend this DDC 15 year anniversary soirée. :ride

well, good ... hopefully just a false rumor that will only serve to help motivate me to make an appearance on 09/19. :laughing :thumbup

oh dear ... well, maybe what was shaping up to be an epic biker party (or whatever we call ourselves here on teh BARFs--motorcycle people party? idk) will be even more epic and memorable, given the unfortunate impending nostalgia factor ... :ride

yeah, we’re all pretty bummed about the whole deal. At this point, we don’t know what will be happening on the 19th. I’m kind of bummed they didn’t reach out to the community I mean 1.3 million isn’t *that* much.

oh wow, I was hopeful that the permit process and all that condo nonsense would take at least a year ... didn't even occur to me that the 09/19 date may be in danger. :(
