Hi Folks,

I am putting this out there for ideas. I have a cabin sat on 5 acres of land in Shadow Mountain, 14.5 miles East of the Kill Bill Church and just north of of the El Mirage OHV park in San Bernadino county. You can ride straight out of your front door as far as you want to go and ride all day. It's an all electric cabin with heat/hot water and a solid 4G connection good enough to stream video. Full kitchen with stove/fridge microwave hot water heater, full bathroom with shower, a "master bedroom" with a double bed and a back bunk room with two bunks. It also has five sheds and 3500 gallons of water onsite (water is by delivery). I've lived in it for months. I am looking for someone to either rent it or perhaps I will sell it. Properties in this area seldom come up for sale and this is one of the only remaining homestead cabins in the area. It's has a new roof, a good septic and a real wood fire. I could also probably throw in my bikes a fully rebuilt 2001 CR250, a cherry 2000 YZ250 and a spotless 1998 XR600R. I wasn't aware of one to the East, there is an MX track North West and one off the 395 though. I've been on the one in the North West, it was just bulldozed by someone and was open.
