Got confirm the fairgrounds were available, so the event is ON! It looks like BARF doesn't allow changing the title, so I couldn't add the dates... Aug 13th-16th 2026.
Event will be held at the Modoc District Fairgrounds in beautiful historic downtown Cedarville, CA! As in years past, this is pretty much a serve yourself situation. Bring what you need and plan your own activities. Most importantly, clean up after yourself and leave the grounds in better condition than we found them. The fees are posted on the sign entering the gate and envelopes/drop box are provided for payment there.
I remember there being at least 2 restaurants and a small grocery store in town last time I visited for those who prefer to not bring their grub. I believe there are two motels running in the area. We stayed at the Sunrise Motel in the past.....and found it to be satisfactory
There is plenty room for RV's and posts with RV power hookups were 20' in from the curb, but be sure to bring a long cord.....The RV post I tried to plug into was either 20/50A, so be sure to have an adapter if you need 30A like I did. Plenty of nice level grass areas for setting up tents. Restrooms and shower facilities were older but clean.
Company is always good and the facility is decent with good shade, mowed grass, and showers available.
