are why we're here, right?
Name
Hey You
Italian made Energy 80cc shifter kart. Honda CR80 engine, flat slide pumper carb , pro set up to corner at much higher G loads than a mini moto-x bike so fuel won't starve while cornering.

Quite lively under the right foot.

Ready to rip.

$1,000

These are soooooo fun. Cheap to run too. I drove Joey Hand’s, back in the day.

Yep. I remember talking to Joey when he was a young kid, out at Dixon and I asked him about how to brake effectively with rear brake only and I think he was 15 or 16 and he said "I dunno, I don't use the brakes much"

hiya- do you still have this for sale ? I have a few questions:

Are there good racing categories for it ?
Can it fit someone 6'3"?
Does it have a serial number and some sort of title ? thanks !

Totally forgot to mark this SOLD, sorry bout that! It sold within 2 days of posting it and I had to turn down like 30+ kids who wanted to drive it on the street! :wtf:rofl

But yes, of course you can race this or any more modern 80 shifter. There's a full race series just for 80s. Look on FB.

Your height and weight will make you not as fast as kids that are 5' and weight 90lbs and think they're going to be a pro racer one day, but who cares?? Just get out there. You'll definitely learn a fuckton about car control and racing skills, it's cheap and it's a blast very few people get hurt when they crash these, far less than motos.

3 tracks within 2 hours drive from the immediate BA. Practice days are cheap AF.

There are ones for sale regularly, just not this cheap.
