Gas Prices

$5.79 (Probably more, that was on Sat.) at Sonoma Chevron. So up about .80 c.

Does anyone dare to bring up diesel? We all know how to deal with supply chain interruptions, am I right?

What you talking about Willis?

TBH I haven't bought gas in my own town of Truckee in a long time.

I can get to Verdi NV in about 20 minutes, gas and diesel are always a dollar or more cheaper over the border. I fill up whatever car I'm driving and occasionally bring down four 5 gallon race jugs to fill up other things here.

Verdi NV
Regular: $4.59
Diesel: $5.29

Truckee (albeit one of the most expensive stations)
$6.80 regular
$7.15 diesel

Thankful I don't have a car that "requires" or "recommends" premium

Most of those factory labels are bs anyway, the ECU will just retard timing to accommodate for regular unleaded. You're not going to damage the motor unless it's a small turborcharged motor that you're dumb enough to lug up a hill in too high of a gear.

Gas lines? Gas rationing?

This was in Davis yesterday. Our local spot in Placerville was about $5.89 for premium. There's a place just down the road in Cameron Park that was $3.8x a month or two back. Not imply that was normal for the area, because that specific station is pretty dynamic with their pricing, but still...they dipped into the 3's for a minute.
