[1] Target Masters was closed by the county after a protracted campaign by investigative reporter Joe Rubin, who alerted several agencies to lead contamination in the facility. According to the operator, four or five other Bay Area ranges are under threat of the same reporter trying to have them shut down. ~ tzrider

Also Linden Gun Range in Linden Ca. Just a few minutes east of Stockton.

Both have public lanes for handgun and rifles and both have bays for instruction, LE training and various types of pistol/rifle matches.

For clarification, USI in Concord is partially closed.
Shotgun, archery, and Impalement ranges are open.
Multi-purpose is restricted to Members & rimfire/air gun.
Action Pistol is a members range, that is open with restrictions.

I'll bite. Exactly what happens on the "Impalement" Range? Is this where fledgling boar Hunters get to practice their spear throwing?

(I seem to recall an anecdote that Ted Nugent used to hunt boar with a spear.)

Yup, I updated the post a bit, it will take a while to make it a bit fancier, since I need to figure out wtf is up with the table function. Will be doing the same thing with the other ranges with websites and more specific information.

Also, I’m a member there too. :laughing

Bullseye in San Rafael is there anymore. Closed down in 2016
