SPEAKING OF WHICH. I got back from vacation, landlady wants to meet. NBD. So, her mom, the OWNER of our little place, DIED in like April. They are going to sell the place. December 18th, 60 day notice. Happy fucking holidays to me. Guess were going to buy it. Not a great price. Not horrible.
But its a large lot, the house is livable but not in great shape. Held up well for 70 years or so. Needs love. In the 3+ years I have been here I have made a ton of compost I dont want to leave behind and moving is a pain in the ass.

We were there to see Wind Rose as part of the Warfront tour.
funny band, italians pretending to be dwarves. My wife got us the upstairs booth. Just us and the baby chilling in a booth designed for like 15 people.
