the last ticket I got was speeding on my motorcycle. Those VTR's are no joke at wanting to go really fast!

I think my last ticket was "reckless" driving for doing 80 on the Richmond Bridge.

I'm always confused by the use of rude by the TWT. It seems to cover almost anything.
I do understand this one, however.

Now that the 33’X66’ monster is out of the marina we are diligently patrolling to make certain this clown keeps out. Caught him scoping the space, if he gets in and ties up it becomes a civil matter no help from LEO but if we cast him off we become liable for him and any damage his floating debris pile causes.
