The full moon was gorgeous last night. I have angry roofers. They are almost done.

Yes, the 'ol orb was bright last night! Taken with cell phone at ~ 22:30, no flash just looong exposure.

Oh, and for nerdy stuff, that bright little dot on the far right just above the clouds is Saturn.

Good managers are few and far between.

I, of course, being an exception!

Constantly did surveys on myself with my managers.

The one that came up all the time, and rightfully so, is that I was messy .

Guilty as charged.

My office looked like a bomb went off.

A manager that doesn't survey their staff on their own traits is missing out on valuable info to make the team more efficient.

I was never upset one bit.

I appreciated the input and shared results with them.

I hated fixing a broken team who already were burned out.

I rage quit a job. Placed my pager under the wheel of my company car tan it over and left the car in the drive lane still running.
