We know someone that would give you the advice to pop into the planning department and make sure you do not need a stupid Use Permit. And.. make sure there are plans of the existing available... and I would advise someone who is local and up to speed on the City requirements... if a Use Permit is required which will be a PITA and expensive.

Feel free to call if you want to ask more questions. I can tell you how to check Zoning etc to confirm, but really the easy way is to stop into the City and ask one of those dedicated Gubment employees in the Planning department about it.
 
Thank you! It's probably stupid to think of a new venture but it may be a solution to an empty building. a genuine need, and an opportunity to set up a franchise able business.

I did not refuel properly after last night's workout and found myself saying "hungry hungry hungry" at my 9am meeting. Ended up shoving down half a leftover burrito at my desk for a late breakfast :loco

Just out of my own curiosity and entertainment, I read this without any context and I can't figure out what it actually means.

Countdown to what? wut.. luggage testing? for drugs or a bomb? Maybe that was the countdown. Are you getting inspected by TSA at an airport? wut... sleeker Tiger? Tigers are always sleeky. wut... What are we talking about here?
