I feel exhausted. Took a little extra motivation to do the gym.
A few days off had my strength up a notch. I was a bit surprised by my bench press capacity.
I am going to leave early.... eat and sleep.

True but legs tomorrow might not be better.
I bathed in BenGay to get the leg happy today. It got happy towards the end of day.
The knee really hurt. Weird as F as nothing was done to the knee for 11 years. Maybe just being bent for 6 hours was the deal. My knee kit is in the same leg and the femur kit so…..
