Not weird at all. After my right hip replacement I had left knee and ankle pain due to changes in my gait.
You just need to accept the fact that something is gonna hurt all the time now
(I'm happy if it's just one or two things at a time.)
I think you're doing fantastic... for a guy of your advanced years and compromised skeletal integrity. :laughing
 
the funny thing about riding is you use a lot muscles you didn't know you have till they start aching. The only way for them to get stronger is to ride more.
 
My knee armor is off in my leathers and textile. Suddenly the old settings are wrong and I have some nasty bruises. That's just weird

one of my favorite memories - headed south on 880 around san leandro (IIRC). dude headed north was doing a stand up wheelie wearing nothing but boxer shorts. it was a ‘what in the actual fuck did i just see’ moment. totally weird, but also totally awesome.

if there’s a barfer that wants to cop to that - all i gotta say, is the brief view made my day. dude had the body for it. :devil
