My new glasses frames are out for delivery by 2PM today. (Frames, not lenses)

I broke the frames on my current glasses and have been working with only the left temple a little bit here. Not the end of the world but it was time. So... new frames, pop out lenses from old, pop into new frames, golden. Yay. :teeth

Coming up on a yellow light and not sure if it will be a quick yellow or a fast one, gun it, you'll probably make it.
 
recently I actually walked into A Frames place, and the guy convinced me, I should probably get a new exam because the last one was 1 year old.

I need to find the new exam, ... cheap.

I know some of you are into pedal bikes so I snapped this pic at the body shop when I was getting an estimate on the car.

So on my way home, this 18 wheeler in front of me attempted to make a sharp right hand turn he was NEVER going to make. It was so bad, he couldn't even back up and readjust no matter ho much room we gave him. People were doing their best to not only make room for him but make room so the cars behind him could get the hell out of there. I managed to get to a side street and I had no idea where I was. Took me to some residential/industrial area I'd never been before. Phone GPS was of no use since this just happened and it wasn't registering alternate routes yet so it took me awhile to navigate around the train wreck and ended up on the other side of the shit show. Luckily there were no accidents that I could see on the otherside, just police still trying to unfuck the fuckery.

I kind of feel like a nobody when it comes to World Cup. I really could give two shits about who beats whom, let alone really sit and watch a game.

Was it an Amazon truck, they seem to be terrible. Two of them at least got stuck in the Sierras.last year.

Work is done, dug myself out of a bit of a hole so I'm proud of that, enjoying a drink or two before heading home for dinner and relaxing.
