Client I booted stopped by... actually was OK. He spent more time moaning about the builders in Flormida doing his 10K SF mansion than the two little buildings I said I was bailing on.

... Dr's office got right back to me on my Blood test that had some whack going on with an appointment this week for a full physical. :wow

Maybe I will actually meet my Dr. :dunno

A tick nervous about the whole thing, but in the end even if something very bad I am old and have had a fricking pretty awesome life so I may as well go to the gym!!

I had one of those. Winds up I have a whacked out liver. More scans more needles lots of stress, eat less move more :dunno

Your body has undergone a tremendous amount of stress and change over the past year. Would expect some whacked numbers for quite some time. When I was over training and under fueling/hydrating, my body was processing a lot and every blood test ended in a round of more testing/scans/biopsy. Took more than a year to get back in the green and over 3 for my liver to forgive me.
