I'm confused or can't remember... Are you trying to clean your brake linings to address a brake sweak? Or just wash the calipers to make them look better?
If your trying to clean the brake linings, you need to pull the wheel off to be able to get in-between the pads and rotors on the front and back sides... and then that might help.
I don't think washing the wheel and spraying the caliper with a hose from the outside is gonna do anything other than look clean.

heya. it's this latter, second one: Just need to "wash" them, since they're (apparently) painted caliper. (I know that. That's why I bought it.)

actually this picture exemplifies it well, but that's not my car (mine are close, or the same)

in any case, once again I washed the car and wheels already. There is a wheel brush, too. This time I put a bit of a toothbrush in the wheel opening, in the nook of the pad and caliper/holder, and sprayed (water) afterwards again

yeah, I'm never removing my brake pads (again) ever, unless I really really decide to go for my own brake job. I tried a few years back to replace the rear brakes (started from there) and after I took off the pads, etc, when I couldn't remove the caliper or caliper bolts I was like fuck it. Were those a 21mm bolt or 22, something like that. Too hard to do without the right workspace or tools.

Well, you don't need to remove the pads to clean the brakes. But you need to pull the wheel off and turn the caliper towards you so you can spray down between the pads and the rotors (with the little straw that's taped to the can)
But yeah, if they're not squeaking no reason.

Brake noise drives me crazy... I can't have it. :x

I'm dealing with an angry Achilles and tennis elbow and I'm too dumb to rest or avoid work so it ain't going anywhere :dunno
 
I returned the "wrong" white gold chain diamond heart necklace today and bought the "right" one. How doltish of me to make the wrong choice initially! Not really - although I am ultimately down $, I am up $110.00. My wallet looks fat. Ah well, in the end it is worth it. :nerd:rofl:staRang
 
Just put it in a bowel, add pepper and maybe some shredded cheese, and consume. It will be delicious.

Good morning.

My day went sideways in the afternoon. I was very frustrated with a consultant. Today I get to solve the problem.

I was bumming so I had a grill cheese with my burger patty for dinner. Gained 1.2 lbs. fucking bread.

Back to back GKid brekkies today and tomorrow.
Got and open house at 1 and hang a bit with my movie partner at Fred’s @ 3. Probably be another 1.5 tomorrow. :facepalm
 
Good morning! I’m up another 0.6lbs, I blame the wedding reception we went to. Only ate steak, but had three servings :drool

In Berkeley with my doggie. Halfway moved into the cottage. Now for a slow walk down college Ave to Boicheck Bagles.
Probably spend most of today and possibly tonight here tonight.

Tomorrow I'm hoping to ride one of my Family Rally routes.
