Chiropractors can help depending on what the actual problem is, and yes sometimes they can make certain things worse.

It's kind of been a crap shoot for me over the decades.

If I am super tight and spasming, a chiropractor isn't going to be able to get me to move the way they want and I am very resistant so it usually does more harm than good.

I've used the chiropractor for maintenance when I'm not in crisis mode and that seemed to help.

Since retiring and not sitting at a desk completely stressed out for 12 hours a day, my back has been a lot better. For the most part
