Unfortunately :laughing I know it will be a good time but my brain has a habit of focusing on potential negatives. I’d like to lose the last of my belly fat and love handles before then, so I’m trying hard to stick to zero carbs. Two steps forward, one step back sort of thing. Especially with birthday parties and holidays…
 
Feel you there. The weight thing is so damn difficult.
I feel like I am being so good and still not making good progress.

A bit perhaps but it feels so little.

I have not had anything glorious to eat in 2 weeks. Glorious being garlic bread. Every night I think about something tasty at 7pm and every night I do not engage.

Mrs is getting giggles out of my balancing routine when I get home.

I forgot about the eclipse. And I was literally standing outside watching the sunset. That said, it was cloudy.
 
I also went out to look at the eclipse but it was too cloudy. The sunset was nice though.

Society has been brainwashed thru food company marketing and the introduction of ultra-palatable ("bliss point"), processes foods to prioritize taste over nutrition. When ever I crave a food based on it's taste alone, I tell myself to stop acting like a child... it doesn't always work, tho. :laughing

Melissa, I’m sorry about work stress I know it’s difficult.

Yesterday I realized my brain can’t focus enough to even carry a coherent conversation. I think it needs defragging.

I am now thinking of making this 2 hour drive tomorrow! Looks like a fun event.
