Got my vaccine. Now wondering if I should attack a twerpy little stinky guy for getting a snack of the shelf and not paying .. but technically he hasn't reached the register yet.

Good morning, have a restful and low stress day

I went to a school assembly because the kinder kid was performing. Timing wise it was close, I barely made it to the office before my scheduled appointment. Well, the appointment was rescheduled. I am very happy I went. Reinforces my Family First mantra; whether it's blood or by choice, your Family always comes First!
 
My dad had one earlier this year.

He just thought it was indigestion when it happened and got some Tums.

2 days later when he couldn't breathe or lay down, he rode his motorcycle to the hospital and found out he almost died.

I found out a few days later when my cousin in Tennessee let me know he needed a ride.

I thought it was indigestion until the sweats and the radiating numbness up my jaw and down my arm.

After a week without any I then had ice cream Sunday, Monday, and yesterday. Went with the intention of having just one scoop but each time ordered two. Must have crack in that shit, might need an intervention.
Don’t drink coffee though but expresso is my favourite ice cream flavour.

It did help a little. I wonder if I just need stretching. I basically can't turn and bend left/right a bit. Aside from the piercing pain every now and then when I walk.
