I always forget you can play games on a computer...

Is command and conquer still the best game ever?

Well shit, threw the bike on teh rack and I have a broken spoke so the wheel is all wonky. Guess I must have picked up a stick in the spokes and it bent my derailleur and broke a spoke.

Time for a new bike
Send it to @tag3 and make him fix it.

Oh my goodness. If you are in Kellseyville when they are open, check out Malia's Island Soul. It is a taste of home. Their plate lunch brought me to tears. And the gal that runs it is a Maui girl as well. Not cheap, but everything is incredibly fresh and very flavorful. Warning, their food is very garlic heavy, so if you are allergic or sensitive, this may not be for you. For me, perfect. Aloha!

Mmm, good to know and sounds like a fun destination ride.

Currently at home, on the couch, planning which movie I'm gonna watch.

Ugh, I lost my phone for the first time in my first since I've had a phone. Anywhere I go and anything I do, I always pat down my thighs and ass many times while I'm out for any reason to make sure things are we're things are supposed. I've replaced old phones that were on their last legs of life or company phones that I've had to turn back in and get a new private line. I've been to concerts and music festivals where I was blasted out of my mind but my outfit (Usually DC or Marvel) I put my phone high up in my forearm and an arm band around my the lower part, not too tight, but my phone couldn't just slip out. Or in my foot in the flat of my foot, wasn't uncomfortable and never broke a screen.

I've retraced my steps of the errands I ran and found nothing and asked the staff if they found anything. Or at the pizza spot I go to often. I can only think of one thing that was abnormal, a neighbor that saw me pulling into the garage asked me if I could help her move some furniture. Nothing heavy but required me to be in some weird body positions like puzzle pieces locking together.

I can't imagine I got pickpocketed at Stater Bros.

It's not a huge loss because I'm already in between changing providers and a new phone so if someone finds that phone, it's only good for a wifi connection and reading my text messages and social media sites IF they can crack my password. Other than that, the phone has no real value today. It's a bottom of the barrel TCL brand and when I bought it in 2022, it was about $40 dollars. But it's been a trouper that's never given me any real problems. I called a TCL service person before I did and I asked them, Can I text people? Can I call them? Can I take pictures? Can I take video? Update the software if any apps I use have versions that go obsolete I was never going to pay the price because some apps are very necessary? All those answers were yes, so I didn't ask her but in my head I'm thinking then why would I want to pay hundreds of dollars for a newer phone or even a couple generations older from Apple or Samsung? I don't care about the better quality of pictures or videos or anything else.

I'm frustrated I've been a lot of situations where many people lose their phones because they're too drunk or high and lose their phones and I never did.

Sorry for the long rant. My streak of losing a smart phone ends at 13 years. I was still stubbornly using a flip phone or slider phone before then.

Been pretty lucky, lost my phone once snowboarding, dude found it when my alarm went off the next day, in the powder, in the trees. Left it for me at customer service.

Forgot a phone on a work shuttle once, got scolded by security and got it back. Otherwise never lost one.

That's really lucky. Losing your phone in a snow mountain while skiing/snowboarding, that phone could be anywhere and you were lucky it was found. Regardless of sno patrol, I would have just written that phone off. Unless you had an iPhone 95 or Galaxy 200.

I wonder what time the taqueria starts serving menudo. Too much wine last night. I need something to help with the hangover.

Waffles in bed..

If your bed was a chair in the backyard.
