We try very hard to walk the line between letting people be themselves and making Barf a place most everyone can enjoy. In this case linking it allows teesnob to show everyone what a classy person he/she is and by linking it the membership is not forced to look at it if they don't want to. Going forward you may want to put teesnob on ignore through you user cp so you don't have to deal with them in the future.

I agree that it's bad form and completely not in line with the spirit of this thread but, I have to admit, Tee's post offers an interesting perspective on the roles of dogs in our lives. The vast majority of dogs aren't as lucky as the ones in this thread, and the same can be said for most people, too.

I was lucky to have Chopper by my side for the last 12 years of my life, and I like to think he was lucky to have me for his whole life. In fact, one of the finest compliments I ever received was when a friend told me, "He's lucky to have you."

Let's get this thread back on track. Here's a pic from happier times.

This will help to get on track I hope.

I lost my best friend and hunting partner on Christmas Day 09, just over a year ago now. The wife and I are still not over it, especially me since he was literally with me 24/7 virtually everywhere I go.

Well, time for a new chapter in our lives. We're finally taking that step and bringing another kid into our lives. After a lot of searching and looking for just the right breeding, I finally found an excellent prospect and jumped on it.

I still have to pick him but I paid for and reserved a first pick option of the 3 black male Labradors in this litter born on April 3rd. I will pick him in a few weeks and then pick him up on May 22 and the long, arduous training process will begin. I think I'm going to run this boy in Hunt Test / Field trials this time.

Dolly is the mama...the Dolly~Momma as I call her! She had 10 pups. 5 black, 5 yella. 3 boys of each, 2 girls of each. They're all sold out now.

The linked dog photo is currently under discussion in the moderator forum, so if the reported posts could ease up, that'd be great. We love feedback but we're bordering on the abuse of the button... I'm headed off to the track and if I come back tomorrow night and see 47 RTM posts in there I'm gonna be pissed. And my forehead gets all wrinkly when I'm pissed...and I really don't need more wrinkles. I'm cuter when I'm happy n stuff.

I hold no grudge against the poster for posting it nor the photo, just put it in the Sink where it belongs with other weird shit and get it off this thread.

I'm a big boy and can handle looking at it but not along with the context of this thread were we celebrate our 4 legged FAMILY members, both living and deceased.

It really has NO PLACE here.
