Here's my KTM now. Still thinking of changing the side number plates black and leaving the tail orange, or just changing everything black.

My new to me DRZ. Bought it few weeks ago from MikeyV.
Today I got to really ride it for the first time.
Overall I like it, the suspension is made out of marshmallows and I have to fix that, I already installed braided brakelines/HH pads which made a good improvement.
I also need to change the tires. They might be good for dualsporting but they are not what I want now on the bike.

Where did you order your rear fender and how much? I got black front and was thinking of getting rear to match. Post up pic when you get it so I can see. Thanks.

I decided to change the rear number plates in black first. So far, I like the look, but the bike kinda sticks out too much for my tastes.. I might change the fender shrouds to black with orange KTM graphics. We'll see..

All the plastics I got from my local KTM dealers; Scuderia SF, and Moto Cafe in Sunnyvale. I prefer Scuderia as they give me an AFM discount, but the Moto Cafe is much closer to my house. Great service from both!

Oh, and there's a problem with my bike -- NO VIBRATIONS? I can actually see out the rear mirror at stop lights and when riding. Strange?

I really want to do something about the brakes. I don't think they are as strong as my other bikes. I'll look into replacing the master.

Try finding a SM610 master and caliper, if it fits. The braking on mine is enough to throw you over the bars with a single finger.

The SM610 has the same caliper.

The master on the KTM is actually a Brembo 16 , and it works great.

I'm very particular about brakes btw. What you may think it will throw you over the bars with one finger, may just be barely ok for me.
