Well, full disclosure, this is the replacement for the one I bought but had some troubles with.
I went through a lengthy process hoping to resolve a connection issue.
I used their customer support system and would reach the point their team agreed I/we had done everything reasonable to rectify the issue and it should be replaced ( more than once)
Once that request went up the food chain I would get pushback and another list of demands ( I had already purchased several items to satisfy them including sending it to one of their affiliated repair shops).
I finally asked for my money back ( I had been working with them basically since new) but they said that could not be done as I didn't buy it directly from them, but from Best Buy.
There would be week long silences from their end dragging this out wayyy to long.
I had spent my money on what I had hoped would be my dream system and I just wanted them to make it right.
I gave up before they finally offered a new replacement and bought a Yamaha of similar spec that I am quite happy with.
This Marantz was top rated in it's category and highly regarded. We are just trying to recoup a portion of our expenses.
It's a killer deal at 1/2 the retail price we paid.
