WALK softly..

speak softly... FBI/IRS/HHS/DOJ. watching.. say nothing!! I have nothing to say nor nothing to hide! just shut up in general! social speech is not free speech! it's not protected!! - I would really like a free "area" to speak freely online..

FBI/IRS/HHS/DOJ searches these threads.. beware! I know! even if you have nothing to say or be guilty of...

am not for free speech sensory.. just not social speech..

be careful !! WARNING!

I'm a constitutionalist, the constitution reigns supreme!

ST Guy- Granted, meta data is collected. Sifting through is easier every year. Am I worried that contributing on a website might throw a page in a folder? (digitally speaking) No.

Actually, in answer to his plea, you can speak freely on any .gov website. That's where the Constitution would come into play.

The gov't can't censor. Private sites can. There's even some legal precedent that might suggest they must. in certain instances.

Punch up an alphabet soup web page. Try it, Afterburner, what have you got to lose? Not that I'm an attorney. Nor is the Holiday Inn my hotel of choice.

couldn’t figure a place to post this, picked here. few nights ago, heard full auto at a neighbors range, not too far off. heard very clearly. saw him a few days later.

me: heard full auto on your range.
him: nope. never.
me: then semi with a bump stock.
him: that’s illegal in california.
me: i am aware.

uncooperative sob about a different subject. have been looking for leverage, the look in his eyes? he knows i know. leverage acquired.

simple request: behave (unrelated to the shooter in him, but i’ll take advantage of whatever leverage i can get).

Knowledge is power. Congrats on the leverage.

Side note_ It is possible to own a fully automatic firearm. Hoops are high, cost is steep but possible.

(To the ATF, FBI, DHS, etc. running their analytic probes, of course, I don't own one. You could look it up.)

i can’t tell the difference between an auto rifle and a modified semi by listening. just knew it was one or the other. he gave up the deets on his own (look on his face).

littlebeast- I think I'd be able to discern a bump stock vs. full auto but :dunno
i don’t have the experience. have only heard them side-by-side once, and the guys were like ‘you hear that, right?’ me: no. plus, this dudes range is about 3/4 of a mile off, with big trees and steep slopes in between. affects the nuances of sound. most often i can sorta tell what he’s shooting, but it’s just a guess. haven’t heard full auto from his range before, but found out after that his brother and nephew from nevada were visiting. likely had something to do with it. in any event, he’s disturbing shit with some local property owners (being a total antagonistic dick to them for no reason i can tell, other than to amuse himself), and unfortunately, it’s my responsibility to solve that problem. he’s actually a friend of mine, but if he thinks i’m gonna let him run wild on them, i need to disabuse him of that notion. so i’ll take whatever weapon he’s careless enough to lay in my lap.
