Want to buy some donuts for my local pd

Difficult time to be a LEO. Want to show some in the community still appreciate them. How would i go about dropping off some treats for them? Krispy kreme came to mind because it's close to the dept. I'm pretty sure they don't trust food some schmoe just drops off at their doorstep.

Donuts might come off as an attempt at an insult unless you knew them, but if you wanted to send over a treat, I think you'd want to have a business make and deliver it for you. Maybe there's a nice sammie shop nearby and you could have them drop off a variety pack at lunchtime.

I kinda remember this topic came up once before, although perhaps intended for a specific LEO... anyway, I recall there is very specific protocol for giving "gifts" so as to not be taken as "bribes".

Just call the PD lobby and ask if they are accepting food donations. Some do, some don’t.
