Ride In Paradise Yuki. It's always hard to lose a loved one, especially a cat that has worked their way in to your heart.
 
he only gets out 3-4 times a day and I accompany him thinking I'm scaring the coyotes away.
He sometimes get's away from me in to a neighbor's backyard but he's always returned with 10 minutes.

You can always put a Tractive GPS tracker on Bolt’s collar if you’re concerned about him. We have them on our cats. A big plus is we haven’t lost a collar/tag in years, since we can walk right to them and pick them up if they snag them in a tree or lose them in a fight or whatever.

We call the gophers our cat sitters at our place in Miramonte. We keep a very close eye on them when they’re outside there (hawks, eagles, owls, bobcats, coyotes, mountain lions, etc) but if they get obsessed with a gopher hole it’s a heck of a lot easier, since they will sit and stare at it for hours without moving a muscle 😄

+1 for Tractive. Our one in/out cat wears one. Plus it's fun to see the ridiculous route around her territory :laughing
 
Cus I'm scared a coyote will get him I go out with him. A coyote was spotted in next door neighbor's yard on 4/24.
 
Anything and everything is potentially a bed
