How’s the BARF Militia doing?

With the recent declarations and such about these things, can you take possession while waiting for the ATF? Or does that put you in gray territory, or is it a state thing also?

No I can't take possession before approval still. Once its approved they will ship it directly to my door. Before it used to have to be shipped to a FFL03 to be held until approval. If the FFL had a range locally you could shoot it while you waited but you couldn't take it home but that was when approvals also took a year or so. Now it seems like the ATF is sometimes only taking days to approve the stamp. Fingers crossed I get a days result but even then the average seems to be a month or so which is way better than the year plus it was when I got my first ones.
 
It was humor based on anti gun comments about the “thing that goes up” comment they have about “assault” weapons.
