Technically, you need a VIN verification with 7.501 miles on it. I believe CHP and DMV are the only ones who're authorized on motorcycles, but I could be remembering incorrectly. So...got a friendly Chippie?
 
I did think about buying one and installing required miles,
only 75 days of 100 miles/tank of gas.

That would almost BE a job.
Throw it open to anyone that wants to try an Ibex, install miles,
visit Sedona to do it.
