post a *PIC* of your latest purchase (can be anything as long as you purchased it)

About 160' of irrigation pipe, and a bunch of fittings.
There will be more purchases related to this... FML. lol.
(I'm completely changing the layout of the backyard in the house we bought 4 years ago)
I did that once and am glad where I live now it rains enough I don't have to water shit.

After the latches for the face shield on my RF-1100 failed and I couldn't open the shield, I made a few rides with my FX-39 dual sport helmets, but I needed another full face helmet. I don't like the feel of the RF-1400, so settled on a Sedici Strada 3 in Fluorescent red. They also have Fluorescent yellow, but I didn't want to wait a week to order one in - I just want something bright. (The brightest RF-1400 is white.)

Pluses: it meets the latest Snell standard and it comes with both clear and dark face shields. Minus (maybe): the cheek pads push in enough to be a bother after just a few minutes. I'll be doing a long ride with it tomorrow and I'll see if that's a serious issue or not. May have to squish it a bit.

Picked up a mint 500mile 2018 Duke 390 two weeks ago. Just cleaned it up by removing its antlers, tail and passenger accommodations. Full pipe, airbox mod and piggy-back + tune are next on my way down the rabbit hole.

oh! i bought a Saatva Micro Coil mattress topper. link

i have a trundle bed that can form a king size bed at the sf place. after a night or two, it really sucks. this topper has increased the comfort and support by 100%. not bad for about $350. if i was here full time i would have bought another bed. but i’m not and this works so im happy.

So I gave my DRZ400sm to my friend who now lives in Orlando and another house in nearby Ponce Inlet and am noodling giving him my F800 ST as well.

Considering the Triumph Speed 400 or Scrambler 400.

About the same weight as your bike, a bit less hp, similar seat height to my F800ST.

It might be just the ticket for me but only if my buddy wants the F800ST.

My "mo powah" days are well behind me.

It's a new shoe in their lineup. They feel like Vans, so I'm happy with the comfort level. Definitely heavier than standard sk8 hi but not a full-on boot.

I'm going to check out the Vans if I come across them locally. Are they waterproof? I prefer light duty boot to not be waterproof.
