Because I love a good ass. This warm weather has had some STELLAR eye candy out on bicycles. I've slowed down to follow some nice legs/bums while cycling.

So, I know absolutely nothing about htis, but I get irritated when people blame PG&E for every dumb little fucking thing that they think PG&E is responsible for.

So I looked it up. This was a plan, brought forward by the CPUC and passed as an assembly bill. It affects all customers of PG&E, So Cal Edison, and San Diego Gas and Electric. Unless there is something I am missing, it's like blaming Toyota because you need to get a smog check. It's like blaming your doctor because you got the flu. It's like blaming salad for your diarrhea when you've been eating ass all night. Like blaming the bottle because you have a hangover. Like blaming a cow because you are lactose intolerant.

But go on and blame them for it anywyas.
