Tasks today:
* Caddy to shop for the estimate for damage repair
* Gym to continue working really hard for not a lot of gain :afm199
* Work work work

Down with a serious diet push again the next few weeks.
No more sneaking a tasty grill cheese for dinner.
No booze.... which will help with the grill cheese weakness :laughing
 
Looks like a serious week of behavior mod for me. Chicken, broccoli and a small portion of starch.
 
morning. What glorious weekend! Missed the soiree around the corner but had a fun time missing it.
Generous neighbors gave me lots of stuff including fresh tomatoes from their gardens.
 
I might have some tomatoes ready for harvesting when I get home.
