I’m sitting in a chair on the porch in front of the 5th wheel practicing the ukulele. It’s been a week and my poor little finger tips hurt like hell.

* Gym to continue working really hard for not a lot of gain
* Work work work

Down with a serious diet push again the next few weeks.
No more sneaking a tasty grill cheese for dinner.
No booze.... which will help with the grill cheese weakness

Copco is about 4 hours east from Klamath. Beautiful country.

Yeah, Klamath river. We vacationed on Copco lake for 30+ years... inlaws had a place there.
