The meat of my reply:
Hi [Rude Person], you were copied on an email sent Monday Sept 21 at 8:23am that this order would ship out either Tuesday or Wednesday (yesterday). Mr [Rude Person's Boss] has already responded that this was more than acceptable (I can see that you were copied on this email as well).
While the material ended up shipping out close to the end of our business day yesterday, I assumed that Monday’s email would be sufficient until today at least.
Bitch better come correct next time.
