Dmitry, we miss your meat

Folks I went to get a dirt helmet just to be sure it was the right fit and safe. Had a bit of a shock trying them on. I kept going smaller and smaller trying to find one that fit properly. Finally found one that fit, Clerk said "it better fit, there's nothing smaller in the store". Youth size small???? I'll try it on a few more times at home to make sure, but that's what we landed on.

My daily wear is a Shoei RF-1400 XS with 43mm cheekpads and even that is looser than I'd like now that I've broken it in. Apparently CG is coming out with a 2XS size sedici strada soon. Could be good :dunno

I also picked up a cheap jersey and gloves for comfort. Boots? So pricey, but probably a good idea. I'm a size 6.5/7 in shoes but the size 6 in the Alpinestars Tech3 was the right fit since they run large. Maybe I can find something cheaper :laughing My wallet is not happy

Nice! The only gear I am lacking now are dirt specific boots and pants. I wear about the same size boot as your wife, sometimes a size down if they run large. Pant size is probably close to medium short (6-8ish). Depends on how big a lunch I ate 😁 Anything folks can bring that I could borrow or buy second hand is appreciated :ride

Had the 300 forks out for service with Moto Lucia last week. Got it all back together today and rode it to work like I stole it while jumping off any speed bumps in my way. :teeth Feels good, and next up is oil change.

Hope to make it to yet another Stonybarf.
Not going to be there early this year (if at all).
Dr. appointment on Wednesday prevents early departure. Outcome will determine attendance.
I'll prep as if I'm going, that should motivate me regardless of Wednesday.

Circle the wagon and recover in your chair while everyone else does the heavy lifting for you.
