Pretty much all large and/or non-standard size orings are "custom" made, where you buy linear stock and then glue or melt them together depending on the material type. The orange polyurethane is nice because you just use a lighter to melt the ends and stick them together, but the regular buna material is normally glued, which if you ever have to do that, the black max from loctite works well.
I just had to do this, fixing out the pneumatic booster on the drawbar system for our shops Akira Seiki. non-standard 100mm o-ring 6mm thick got some cord stock off mcmaster and glued away. 3-d printed jigs are a great idea for that and would have made my life easier had I seen this earlier. That being said, my shop doesn't have a printer for me to readily whip up jigs.Pretty much all large and/or non-standard size orings are "custom" made, where you buy linear stock and then glue or melt them together depending on the material type.
