I just placed a deposit on a Chinese Unicorn!

There is one common 5hing that every single one of these reviewers consistently do while riding this little bike. They giggle out loud in their helmets. That to me is one of the most reinforcing positive signs that I’ve made a good decision.

I did feel that too, it want's to run, , ,
Even on that short street ride.
Little ?

How many crates a day are they doing?

Are they releasing the CARB-ed ones as done, yet?

Impatient minds, impatient hearts, itchy right palm ! ! !

I believe the bikes are enroute to CF Moto headquarters. Not sure if it’s CF Moto or the dealer who preps it for CA. I know that the bikes had a “twitchy” throttle that required an ECU update. It’s also my understanding that aside from the sticker there is no difference between have 49 state bikes and California.
I am so excited for this thing.

So, I watched the video.

As appealing as these bikes are, I seriously considered getting a CB-500X when I bought mine, watching him wring the neck of this thing to get to 70 is why I didn't get one.

I do far too much freeway travel, and having to keep the throttle pegged to avoid getting stomped on by school buses and church vans, just wasn't a good idea.

It was different back in the 55 days. Being able to hit 65+ gave you some actual wiggle room. I never really felt uncomfortable on my 180cc scooter, it could easily keep with freeway traffic, which (mostly, sorta) respected the 55 limit.

But today? Down here in So Cal?

Uh-uh. :rofl yea, no.

I know, he was at 4500 feet, but still.

Not today.

Just got the call! The Ibex has been released out of CARB prison. They need to be updated with the sticker and will begin shipping. ETA is by May!

Finally!

Hope you will call a dual sport ride on BARF so we can all ogle it :)

Went back, to drool again, The blue one was in the back getting panners installed, from my last pix posted here. Getting the DeLux Package.
The grey demo has been sold, but in use for another month. So one grey and one blue still in crates, available, going quick.
I didn't look for the charcoal filter on these bikes, that is a CARB thing, with the sticker.
Have you read the owners manual yet ??
That bike will be asking a lot from you, data input.

Time keeps on ticking,
Ticking,
Into the future, , ,
:deadhorse https://azstateparks.com/dead-horse a local thing,

I have to giggle at what’s available for this bike. Protection for the protection the Chinese and their CNC machines

Probably cheaper to just replace the parts!

Panic pre-Tariff buying spree:
High fender
Luggage
Luggage mounts
Lower engine guard

On the fence for lower enduro foot pegs, shorty levers, and a rally seat. Surprised that Auburn Extreme Power Sports gives an additional 20% discount and no shipping.

Soft bags, Do the hard bags for the 800 Ibex fit on the 450 ?
I would wait about the dropped pegs, they saved me on my Triumph.
I didn't have issues with my hips on the 450, like the Turnip.
And, The Blue fender, I was gonna get one for my grey, , ,
Data Input ? I believe it will make calls for you, MASA on speed dial, your Unicorn, calling for a rescue chopper dust off !!

I meant to ask you, what is your inseam? I have long legs for a shorty, 31” may have shrink since last measured. My tiny feet still mean I’m on tippy toes on most bikes.
