TV Shows I am enjoying …and Movies

:love I am perpetually annoyed more of that show isn't available.
Off topic; I always wondered what the details of actor/show/producer residual revenue streams work in the "rerun" afterlife. Seems to me that the longer a rerun is delayed- the fewer viewers it may have, exceptions for shows that get entirely new followings in its discovery. Lot of turns such an agreement may have, but I'd guess there's likely there's less than a half dozen formats and numbers are just plugged in. Anybody know?

This is the last season for that show right? I wonder if its going to include the Gen V tie in.
As far as I know, this will be the tie-in/crossover season of The Boys and Gen V. To be fair, they already did that last season with small cameo-type roles that were big names on Gen V that wouldn't mean anything to anyone that didn't watch Gen V but this season of the Boys will not be just cameos from Gen V.

I'm still sad they had to write off Chance Perdomos' Polaris character because he died in a motorcycle crash between filming of season 1 and 2 of Gen V. All the behind the scenes videos with the rest of the cast say they liked him and he wasn't any kind of acting diva. I never envied show runners having to make a hard decision to recast his character or just script him as dead in the show too. Very unfortunate situation...

If there are not GoT fans, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is a nice easy watch.
Watched the first two episodes yesterday on your reco.

Thus far might be better than GOT.

I can actually follow the characters (thus far) and that old man taking a leak had a dong like a firehose! :laughing

I kind of like stories about nobodies trying to make it which is the plot thus far.

I'm sure it gets more complicated and I'll get lost but I second your reco.

The kid is good in it too.

Yes it is. I was surprised it was a short as it was but they had a short story they meant to tell and they told it.

I had rewatched some of GoT after Knight of Seven Kingdoms and the scene where Jaime is flipping through the book of the record of all the knights of Westoros. He stops at a page with sir Duncan's name on it and remembers all the stories he'd heard of his bravery and adventures. Who could have known of that entry in the record the first time watching GOT when it was week to week unless they were a book reader or to this time had knight of the seven kingdoms fresh in their mind. I did a bunch of research after on the character and I remember there was no actual proof sir Dunc was ever officially knighted.

I do enjoy seeing mankind engineer the shit out of stuff. Engineering in Europe has some great ingenuity.

England doing a high speed rail. :shhh

I watch on Hulu. Nat Geo.

So I've been watching a lot of capers and science fiction stuff lately that's been pretty good, but I'm having trouble finding any good comedies. I think the last good gut buster I saw was Next Friday. I'm looking for some goofy comedies like Blazing Saddles or Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.

I really like Kleo even though it wasn't supposed to be a comedy. I thought Jella Haase's portrayal was quite entertaining.

When's the last time you watched Pink Panther?

Orignal Pink Panther is just so painfully funny.

On that topic, you should hunt down Seller in "The Party".

It's hardly new, but I will also toss out "Bowfinger" with Martin and Murphy. A hilarious Hollywood movie. Murphy is excellent, playing two roles.

watched Godless and American Primeval. Both shows are Westerns with lots of horses. Great are they both.
wait is that even a sensical sentence?
Sentence be awesome it is

Just saw Crime 101. Good movie.
