I had my shortest ever gym workout today
Warm up
3x4 single leg press
2x10 single leg dead lift
3x8 military press
3x8 bent over row
3x8 tri extensions
7 way hips
Cooldown
Took only 45min.
The focus was single leg press… and I PR’d it today. I started at +10lbs, which was too easy. Then I did +25, +50, and +75 for the final set.
. Next week I’ll start at +75. I have 4-5 more of these workouts over the next few weeks. Maybe I can make it to +100 or 125.
